2. Account Registration & Security

To access premium features, you must register an account via Google Authentication or our manual registration form. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain the security of your account by protecting your password and restricting access to your device.
• Promptly notify Digmarket if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to the Platform.
• Accept all responsibility for any activity that occurs under your account.

3. Services & Subscription Tiers

Digmarket provides a specialized search engine indexing production-ready UI components and digital assets. Access is granted based on your specific tier (Free, Basic, Pro, or Elite). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the services at any time, including the availability of specific code assets or pricing structures, with or without prior notice.

4. Payments & Refund Policy

4.1 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis as per your selected cycle. Individual asset purchases are billed as one-time transactions.

4.2 No-Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and “copy-paste” source code, all sales are final. Once access to the source code or download link is provided, Digmarket does not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges. Exceptions are only made in the event of a verified technical failure on our server-side that prevents access to the purchased asset for more than 48 consecutive hours.

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform’s underlying architecture, search algorithms, logos, brand assets, and original content are the exclusive property of Digmarket. The components and assets available for retrieval are subject to the specific terms outlined in our License Agreement. Unauthorized scraping, data mining, or redistribution of the Platform’s core database is strictly prohibited.

6. Affiliate Program Terms

Participants in the Digmarket Affiliate Program must adhere to the following strict guidelines:

• Spam Prohibition: No unsolicited emailing or mass-messaging.
• Self-Referral: You are strictly forbidden from purchasing products through your own affiliate link. Commissions earned through self-referrals will be voided.
• Ethical Marketing: You must not make misleading claims regarding Digmarket’s products or pricing.
• Termination: Violation of any affiliate policy will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform’s search engine.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to collect data from the archive.
• Resell access to your Digmarket account or distribute assets in a manner that violates the License Agreement.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security-related features of the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Digmarket provides code assets “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the components will be compatible with all third-party frameworks or libraries. In no event shall Digmarket be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our Platform.

9. Governing Law

Any claim relating to Digmarket’s Platform shall be governed by the laws of West Jakarta, Jakarta, Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts located in Indonesia for the resolution of any legal dispute.

10. Modifications & Contact
