License Agreement
This End-User License Agreement (EULA) dictates what you can and cannot do with the HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and digital assets obtained from Digmarket.
1. Copyright & Ownership
All source code (HTML, CSS, Vanilla JS), architectural structures, designs, and digital assets provided on Digmarket are the intellectual property of Digmarket. Purchasing a subscription or downloading an asset does not transfer copyright ownership to you. You are purchasing a license—a right to use the assets under the specific conditions outlined below.
2. License Tiers & Usage Rights
Digmarket issues two primary categories of licenses based on your access level:
A. Free License (Personal Use)
Applies to components marked as “Free”.
- Allowed for personal projects, learning, and non-commercial prototyping.
- Not allowed for client projects, paid SaaS applications, or any revenue-generating websites.
B. Commercial License (Basic, Pro, & Elite Tiers)
Applies to all paid subscription tiers and individually purchased components.
- Unlimited Client Projects: You may use the components to build websites, web apps, or digital solutions for an unlimited number of clients.
- Commercial SaaS: You may integrate the code into your own commercial Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products, admin dashboards, or premium templates where the Digmarket code is a part of a larger, functional application.
- No Attribution Required: You are not required to credit Digmarket in your source code or website footer.
3. License Comparison Matrix
| Usage Scenario | Free License | Commercial License |
|---|---|---|
| Personal projects & Portfolios | Allowed | Allowed |
| Client websites (Freelance/Agency work) | Not Allowed | Allowed |
| Integration into Commercial SaaS / Web Apps | Not Allowed | Allowed |
| Creating premium Themes/Templates for sale | Not Allowed | Allowed* |
| Reselling the raw, standalone HTML/CSS/JS | Strictly Prohibited | Strictly Prohibited |
*When creating themes/templates for resale (e.g., on ThemeForest), the Digmarket components must be integrated into a larger project. You cannot simply bundle our UI blocks and sell them as a “UI Kit”.
4. Strict Prohibitions (What You Cannot Do)
Regardless of your license tier, the following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate legal action and account termination:
- Redistribution: You may not offer the raw, standalone source code for download on your own website, blog, or open-source repository (e.g., GitHub public repo).
- Competing Marketplaces: You may not use Digmarket assets to build a competing UI component marketplace, code snippet library, or design asset repository.
- Reselling as a UI Kit: You cannot download our components, package them together, and sell them as a standalone “HTML/CSS UI Kit.”
5. Enforcement & Termination
If Digmarket discovers that you have breached this License Agreement (e.g., redistributing our premium code on a public forum), we reserve the right to immediately terminate your account without a refund and revoke your license. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the downloaded assets and remove them from any unauthorized digital properties.
